Ace Streak is an independent study aid and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or connected to CFA Institute in any way. CFA®, Chartered Financial Analyst®, and CFA Institute® are registered trademarks owned exclusively by CFA Institute. Use of these marks on this platform is solely for descriptive purposes to identify the examination for which this app provides study support.
All questions, explanations, and content on this platform are original works created independently by Ace Streak, based on publicly available financial theory, academic sources, and regulatory publications. No content has been sourced from, reproduced from, or derived from CFA Institute curriculum materials, official textbooks, mock examinations, or past CFA examination papers. All original content © Ace Streak. All rights reserved.
Ace Streak is a supplementary study aid designed to support daily practice habits. It does not guarantee success in any CFA examination or professional qualification. The difficulty, format, and content of questions on this platform may differ from actual CFA Institute examinations. Results depend entirely on your individual effort, study approach, and preparation. Ace Streak accepts no liability for examination outcomes.

To use the App, you must create an account using a valid email address and password, or an approved third-party sign-in provider where available. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. You must provide accurate information when creating your account.
Ace Streak requires a valid payment method to begin a 7-day free trial. You will not be charged until the trial period ends. After 7 days, the subscription automatically renews at the then-current monthly price (currently $5.00 USD/month) unless cancelled before the renewal date. You may cancel at any time via the in-app Settings screen; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Pricing is subject to change with at least 30 days' notice to active subscribers.

You agree not to: (a) share your account credentials with others; (b) attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or redistribute the App's question content; (c) use the App for any unlawful purpose; or (d) interfere with the App's operation or attempt to circumvent payment or access controls.
Creating an account means your study data — including streak history, quiz scores, and session logs — is stored securely on our servers so it persists across devices and sign-ins. See our Privacy Policy for full details on what we collect and how it is used.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Ace Streak and its creators shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the App, including but not limited to loss of study data, examination outcomes, or service interruption. The App is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated to active subscribers with reasonable notice. Continued use of the App after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
